Staff Training/Program Tracking System-INTRODUCTORY RATE THROUGH JULY 2025

We are bringing your training process into the next century!  Your staff will upload their training dates into a tracker.  Fields will change color when there is something you have to do (ie., remind them to take it again because almost 2 years have passed).  

This tracker has:

  • an overview tab, 
  • active employee and 
  • inactive employee tabs, 
  • Child Care Health Consultant tab, 
  • facility requirements tab and
  •  a 15 hour tracking tab.  

It outlines ALL CDEC training requirements across 11 early childhood roles in your program.  It prompts you for when each training has to be completed as well by turning the fields yellow prior to working with children/within 30 days/within 60 days/within 90 days/within one year.  

Also in the document are:

  •  the mandated paperwork fields including background checks that will also highlight when they are coming due at the 5 year mark.  
  • Live links to CDEC forms that are required for your program. 

Why do you need this document?  It will save you having to build one yourself (which took us around 20-30 hours of work) as well as about 2 hours of file tracking a month indefinitely.
